Average dictionary, not worth 30 euros
For 30 euros I really expected something much more comprehensive. I brought this with me instead of my hardcover dictionary to class; there were a bunch of terms that I could not find that are in my hardcover dictionary (which only cost 15 euros). I asked in my class afterwards if anyone else had the app - and the two people who have it said they would not have recommended it and they got the app for free. (Apparently Langenscheidt offered this as a free app for a limited time as a special deal.) I bought this based on the average rating and reviews. But I suspect they were written by people who got the app for free. It is definitely not worth the money.

Only School Dictionaries.
I am very much deceived. They have other really great dictionaries, but they are unable to join them all together.

Trustworthy
Having used this dictionary for more than 3 decades in the USA and Europe I know its definitions and translations are up to date and accurate.

Unable to download the in-app purchase. Trying to get any support is a complete waste of time, as the website I was directed to was an outdated link.

No german pronunciation
No pronunciation guide for either English or German. No audio pronunciation for German. Pretty important for learning the language.
